All done as quickly as possible. Keeping me posted always. Today, he and his helper arrived at 8am, followed by SDGE to disconnect power, and the removal of the old panel and installed the new “approved “ panel. Passed inspection, power was restored by 4pm. His stucco guys finished by by 6pm and I’m happy!
